About the role

  • Lead Sales in Germany: own the full sales cycle—prospecting, product demos, negotiations, and closing deals with maritime clients
  • Leverage your network: use existing connections in the German maritime industry to identify and develop new opportunities
  • Be the Face in Hamburg: represent client’s company at meetings, conferences, and networking events around the Hamburg region
  • Collaborate internally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to support pipeline and ensure successful handovers
  • Drive results by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to regional growth

Requirements

  • C2/native-equivalent proficiency in German
  • Fluent in English
  • Based in the Hamburg region or ready to relocate there
  • Strong existing network in the German maritime sector (shipping, crewing, marine services)
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the maritime, SaaS, or travel domain
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote-first, international team
