About the role
- Responsible for overall care of bookkeeping and finance processes
- Work with support team on service delivery
- Act as primary client contact
- Review books of potential clients
- Delegate and manage necessary client onboarding
Requirements
- Multi-client cloud accounting experience
- Over 5 years experience running payroll and closing monthly books
- 3+ years in QBO, BILL, Gusto, etc.
- Higher-education accounting degree
- Experience at a CPA firm is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Resourcefulness as a problem solver
- Excellent coaching skills
- Humility and openness to coaching
