• Handle much of the day-to-day operations for our clients (transaction entry, invoicing, bill payments, payroll preparation, journal entries, reconciliations, etc.)
• Your daily tasks will be cleanly organized in Karbon, our practice management system
• Interact with clients from time to time, answering specific questions or politely seeking certain information
• Stop to ask questions of your team when you aren’t sure what needs to be done.

• Responsible for bookkeeping and finance processes for 10-20 clients
• Act as primary client contact, advising as needed
• Review books of potential clients
• Delegate and manage necessary clean-up and onboarding work

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing tax inquiries
