Product Success Manager

Platform Engineer

• Own day-to-day operations and maintenance of our AWS GovCloud environment, including EKS cluster management, EC2, RDS/Aurora, ElastiCache, S3, and IAM
• Manage the deployment of new features and fixes across commercial and GovCloud environments, coordinating with application teams through structured intake and ad hoc request processes
• Build and maintain reusable Terraform modules, Helm charts, and CI/CD pipeline templates (GitLab CI) that enforce organizational standards for scalability, compliance, and observability
• Diagnose cross-cutting infrastructure issues, including networking misconfigurations, IAM permission boundaries, and Kubernetes scheduling failures, evaluating blast radius and downstream team impact before proposing solutions
• Partner with application teams to translate platform changes, deprecations, and new standards into clear, actionable guidance that reduces friction across the organization
• Drive improvements to environment observability and stability using Datadog
• Participate in an on-call rotation and take full production ownership of the systems you support

Customer Support

• Own a daily queue of support cases, triaging and resolving issues based on severity and customer impact
• Troubleshoot complex customer problems, seeing every issue to full resolution
• Execute technical requests including account configuration, data uploads, form conversions, and ticket submissions

AI Engineer

• Design and define the architecture for production AI systems across the Teamworks platform, including model orchestration services, tool execution layers, evaluation pipelines, and guardrails.
• Build reusable backend platform components that allow product teams to integrate AI powered capabilities into their products without rebuilding core infrastructure.
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and architectural patterns based on long term scalability, reliability, and team productivity.
• Establish engineering standards for building, testing, deploying, and operating AI systems in production, including monitoring, evaluation, and failure handling.
• Lead the design and delivery of foundational platform capabilities that enable multiple teams to build and ship AI powered product features.
• Design backend services that safely query and operate on multi tenant sports data while enforcing strict data isolation and access controls.

• Build and configure Teamworks Performance products on behalf of customers, including data setup, template creation, and workflow customization
• Partner closely with Product Success Managers in a 60/40 split between ticket-based support and collaborative PS work
• Communicate clearly and responsively with customers across EMEA, owning all correspondence from initial contact through resolution

• Own the onboarding and implementation process for H2F practitioners and units, driving activation rates, time-to-first-value, and practitioner engagement benchmarks from day one
• Build trusted relationships with H2F stakeholders at every level, from mental, spiritual and performance providers to brigade leadership and program administrators
• Execute training programs tailored to military audiences, connecting Teamworks Hub, AMS, Nutrition, and Strength and Conditioning capabilities directly to H2F mission readiness outcomes
• Monitor product engagement and usage data across your assigned accounts, identifying patterns, surfacing friction points, and driving proactive intervention before churn becomes a risk
• Translate field learnings into actionable feedback for Product, Support, and Tactical leadership, ensuring our platform continues to evolve alongside H2F program needs
