Assist Talent Acquisition Partners by supporting the entire recruiting process and all Employer Branding activities
Focus on direct search activities and help build talent pools of strong candidates
Support Talent Acquisition Partners during the entire recruiting process: update job postings, schedule interviews and act as the first point of contact to candidates
Assist the HR team in creative employer branding campaigns and projects
Provide administrative support to the HR team
Perform general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing
Maintain communication between regions (USA/Mexico)
Assist in employee onboarding activities as needed
Assist in sending out new hire paperwork to employees
Data entry into HR Management System
Assist in maintenance of employee files & records
Requirements
High school diploma
Ability to maintain confidentiality of all aspects of job responsibilities
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, Teams and/or other software/database skills
Excellent oral, written, communication and phone skills
Strong data entry/typing skills
Enthusiasm for research and special projects
Strong interest in HR, specifically in recruitment, employee engagement, and branding
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
