Collaborate with CX leadership to understand role requirements and hiring needs.
Source and attract candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, etc.).
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit based on experience, culture alignment, and customer-centric mindset.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all CX roles, from job posting to offer negotiation.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Track and report key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source of hire, etc.).
Stay informed on trends and best practices in CX hiring and the talent market.
Partner with HR and onboarding teams to ensure seamless transition from offer acceptance to day one.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
10+ years of recruiting experience, ideally with a focus on customer-facing or CX roles.
Proven ability to source, assess, and hire high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities simultaneously.
A passion for delivering outstanding candidate and customer experiences.
Previous experience hiring for high-volume or support center/customer service roles.
Understanding of CX metrics, roles, and structures.
Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
