About the role

  • Collaborate with CX leadership to understand role requirements and hiring needs.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, etc.).
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit based on experience, culture alignment, and customer-centric mindset.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all CX roles, from job posting to offer negotiation.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track and report key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source of hire, etc.).
  • Stay informed on trends and best practices in CX hiring and the talent market.
  • Partner with HR and onboarding teams to ensure seamless transition from offer acceptance to day one.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10+ years of recruiting experience, ideally with a focus on customer-facing or CX roles.
  • Proven ability to source, assess, and hire high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities simultaneously.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding candidate and customer experiences.
  • Previous experience hiring for high-volume or support center/customer service roles.
  • Understanding of CX metrics, roles, and structures.
  • Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
