About the role
- Assist Sales Representatives with administrative tasks and daily operations
- Assist back-office team to deploy opportunities and leads to the sales team
- Follow-up customer quotations and track sales in Excel sheets
- Assist customers in partnership with sales representatives
- Answer written inquiries through the e-mail system
- Maintain clean data in CRM
- Work in close cooperation with customer care and enterprise teams
- Schedule meetings for sales representatives
- Work on diverse projects within the wider company and learn the sales cycle
- Opportunity to interview for a full-time Sales position upon degree completion
Requirements
- Enrolled in University (virtual or on-site)
- Fluency in English & Spanish (mandatory); Portuguese & other languages a plus
- Communicative, marketing-oriented attitude
- Enjoy interacting with people
- Passion for sales & desire to learn
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) and/or other software/database skills
- Excellent oral, written, communication and phone skills
- Strong data entry/typing skills
- Enthusiasm for research and special projects
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Minimum 20 hours per week, maximum 29 hours per week
