About the role
- Execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets within assigned territory
- Generate leads through networking, industry events, and direct outreach
- Manage and convert leads created by the Marketing Team and other inbound channels
- Cultivate new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key stakeholders within target accounts
- Understand client needs and pain points and position products and services for business benefit
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions to achieve target price/margin
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with business partners, industry bodies and influencers
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, customer success) for cohesive client engagement
- Provide field feedback to shape product development and marketing strategies
- Maintain deep product and service knowledge and monitor competitors and market conditions
- Maintain sales pipeline and forecasting in CRM (HubSpot) and present timely reports on business development activities and sales forecasting
Requirements
- Passion for business development, especially new business
- Demonstrable experience in B2B enterprise sales and managing/driving enterprise sales
- Successful in client acquisition and revenue growth
- Track record of exceeding quotas and closing high-value deals
- Willingness to attend industry events and networking opportunities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Creative thinker with a strong desire to succeed
- Strong familiarity and connections with the Domain industry and understanding of Domain industry dynamics and customer needs
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality to acquire new logo business
- Experience acquiring new logos across the Americas region
- Ability to use CRM systems effectively (HubSpot)
