Content Moderation Manager

Customer Support

• Responding to incoming calls, chats, and emails from Customers and Creators in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide assistance with billing inquiries, technical support, and website navigation.
• Effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating cases when necessary.
• Review creator applications to validate the information provided, and providing additional assistance or clarification when necessary.
• Preventing chargebacks and mitigating risk by thoroughly reviewing and analyzing transactions for potential fraudulent activity.
• Acting as a liaison between customers/creators and internal departments to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving, providing detailed and accurate information.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information and support to our Customers and Creators.
• Handle incoming calls, chats and emails while navigating multiple systems.
• Actively contribute to site improvement by promptly reporting bugs and other issues to the team as needed.
• Be the primary contact for our Customers and Creators.

• Manage accounts payable requests through a ticketing system (banking updates, tax docs, payout confirmations, invoices).
• Review account signups and documentation (KYC/AML, W9s, bank/utility statements).
• Audit accounts regularly to ensure proper KYB/KYC.
• Monitor accounts for fraudulent or compromising trends and compliance.
• Support payout batch reviews, payment resends, and special payment requests.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Creator Relations, and Marketing on payments, promotions, and compliance needs.
• Facilitate accurate and timely payments to creators, studios, and affiliate partners and safeguard against fraud while supporting internal and external partners.

• Conceptualize, produce, and edit high-impact video content for social, campaigns, and branded storytelling.
• Harness AI video tools (Sora and others) to generate and enhance visuals, animations, and narrative-driven clips.
• Create across multiple formats: short-form reels, branded ads, event teasers, storytelling videos, and motion graphics.
• Collaborate with our design, marketing, and strategy teams to bring bold ideas to life.
• Stay ahead of the curve by experimenting with new AI tools, trends, and formats.

AI-Driven Video Creative

Account Manager

• Responsible for prospecting new creators, agencies and studio partners that would be a good match for our platform;
• Supporting new Creators and partners throughout the sign-up process via social media, text, direct messages, emails and Zoom or phone calls;
• Proposing new prospecting methods (telegram, Snapchat etc) and leading projects to launch, track and report on the concept’s success;
• Answering Creator questions and inquiries promptly;
• Comfortable troubleshooting minor technical issues using the backend of our platform and helping Creators solve minor roadblocks in the store activation process;
• Achieving new creator onboarding targets and upload quotas as outlined by management, hitting both personal goals and team goals;
• Attending industry events to meet new creators and develop an interest in working with our platform, including post-event follow-up through to activation;
• Some evening and weekend work is required (i.e. responding to messages, attending events, travelling to conferences).
