About the role

  • Manage accounts payable requests through a ticketing system (banking updates, tax docs, payout confirmations, invoices).
  • Review account signups and documentation (KYC/AML, W9s, bank/utility statements).
  • Audit accounts regularly to ensure proper KYB/KYC.
  • Monitor accounts for fraudulent or compromising trends and compliance.
  • Support payout batch reviews, payment resends, and special payment requests.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Creator Relations, and Marketing on payments, promotions, and compliance needs.
  • Facilitate accurate and timely payments to creators, studios, and affiliate partners and safeguard against fraud while supporting internal and external partners.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in accounts payable, payments, compliance or related role.
  • Knowledge of KYC/AML and tax documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Clear communicator with cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
