• The Trust and Safety Analyst will support the Manager of Trust and Safety in monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting regulations, legislation, and compliance requirements. This role is integral to ensuring that our company stays ahead of changes in regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and best practices, thereby protecting the business and our users.
• RESPONSIBILITIES (The main responsibilities will include but are not limited to): ● Monitor, research, and analyze relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards that impact the business. This can include EU Digital services act, Online Safety Acts and other existing or emerging regulations; ● Maintain detailed reports and breakdowns of legislation, identifying potential risks and opportunities for the business. ● Provide findings and recommendations to leaders and stakeholders; ● Help to develop compliance processes, policies, and procedures; ● Participate in cross-functional projects to ensure compliance considerations are addressed in new initiatives; ● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends in trust and safety within the digital content industry; ● Audit internal content rules to ensure compliance standards are clear and concise for moderators.

Customer Support

• Responding to incoming calls, chats, and emails from Customers and Creators in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide assistance with billing inquiries, technical support, and website navigation.
• Effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating cases when necessary.
• Review creator applications to validate the information provided, and providing additional assistance or clarification when necessary.
• Preventing chargebacks and mitigating risk by thoroughly reviewing and analyzing transactions for potential fraudulent activity.
• Acting as a liaison between customers/creators and internal departments to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving, providing detailed and accurate information.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information and support to our Customers and Creators.

Account Manager

• Responsible for prospecting new creators, agencies and studio partners that would be a good match for our platform;
• Supporting new Creators and partners throughout the sign-up process via social media, text, direct messages, emails and Zoom or phone calls;
• Proposing new prospecting methods (telegram, Snapchat etc) and leading projects to launch, track and report on the concept’s success;
• Answering Creator questions and inquiries promptly;
• Comfortable troubleshooting minor technical issues using the backend of our platform and helping Creators solve minor roadblocks in the store activation process;
• Achieving new creator onboarding targets and upload quotas as outlined by management, hitting both personal goals and team goals;
• Attending industry events to meet new creators and develop an interest in working with our platform, including post-event follow-up through to activation;
