• Drive Teak's master positioning — the foundational document that defines how the platform, delivery models, and benefit layers are described, and ensures that narrative stays sharp and consistent as the product evolves.
• Translate product inputs and market context into GTM recommendations and audience-specific messaging across partner and consumer audiences.
• Develop and maintain solution messaging frameworks across Teak's products and platform capabilities, ensuring consistency from partner evaluation through activation.
• Bring market and messaging context to pricing and packaging decisions, partnering with Product, Finance, and Legal to ensure pricing is positioned clearly and competitively across verticals.
• Shape and refine the language consumers encounter across the Teak platform — feature names, in-app copy, and transactional messaging at the refund and point-of-purchase moment.
• Ensure all product-related content is accurate, on-brand, and compliant across verticals.
• Build vertical-specific understanding of the experience economy, i.e., venues, marketplaces, operators, and consumers.
• Synthesize partner, sales, and market signals into insight that drives product and GTM decisions.
• Continuously track the competitive landscape, identify where Teak wins and why, and translate findings into differentiated messaging and sales enablement.
• Partner with Product and Revenue to align on launch readiness, ensuring all teams are prepared and dependencies are resolved ahead of release.
• Own the external launch — messaging, content, and marketing deliverables — so every new feature and solution enters the market clearly and consistently.
• Define success metrics for adoption and awareness, track performance post-launch, and feed findings back into positioning, enablement, and future GTM planning.
• Build and maintain collateral, battlecards, and playbooks grounded in customer feedback, market data, and product knowledge.
• Train Sales and CS on new messaging, positioning updates, and product launches, and keep enablement materials up to date as the platform evolves.
• Develop onboarding content that helps new partners quickly understand Teak's solutions and activate with confidence.
• Contribute to content that drives partner awareness and adoption: website copy, case studies, partner communications, and vertical-specific marketing.

Senior Product Marketing Manager

AI Engineer

• Design, build, and maintain production-grade agentic systems, multi-agent orchestration, specialist agents, and Human-in-the-Loop workflows, with context management, memory, and tool-calling.
• Develop MCP servers and tool integrations connecting AI agents to Teak's platform APIs and partner systems.
• Orchestrate LLMs (Claude, GPT, Gemini, or similar) across the AI layer, selecting the right model per task and managing prompt and system-prompt strategies so agents present refund solutions in pre-approved, compliant language.
• Build RAG pipelines that ground agent responses in Teak's policy and product data, with versioning and isolation that prevent hallucination on compliance-sensitive topics.
• Implement guardrails that enforce compliant offer language, prevent unauthorized coverage claims, and meet regulatory requirements across Teak's markets.
• Build evaluation frameworks to monitor, test, and continuously improve agent performance, reliability, and output quality.
• Build and operate AI infrastructure on AWS, with structured logging and tracing for auditability and rapid issue resolution.
• Contribute to backend services, APIs, and platform improvements in Python alongside AI work, applying clean code, testing, and strong engineering fundamentals.
• Participate in code reviews, document agent system design and integration patterns, take part in Agile workflows, and join the on-call rotation.

Senior AI Engineer

Revenue Operations

• Own the deal process from active opportunity through signed agreement, ensuring each stage has clear owners, entry/exit criteria, and expected timelines.
• Act as the operational coordinator on in-flight deals, aligning Sales, Solutions, Legal, and Finance to ensure our process is followed, resolve blockers, and maintain deal momentum.
• Identify recurring sources of friction in the deal cycle and build durable fixes, whether process changes, templates, playbooks, or system improvements.
• Establish clear activity standards across Sales and CSM and monitor adherence, flagging gaps before they become problems.
• Own HubSpot as Teak's system of record: data integrity, field definitions, pipeline stage logic, and user governance across Sales, Solutions, and CS.
• Partner with Sales, Solutions, and CS leads to enforce CRM hygiene standards and ensure deal data is consistently captured and usable downstream.
• Serve as the internal admin for HubSpot workflows, automations, and integrations as the GTM stack evolves.
