Vice President

• Drive revenue growth and diversification — Develop and execute innovative strategies across all revenue streams (individual, corporate, foundation, and public funding)
• Build and lead a high-performing team — Inspire, develop, and manage 100+ fundraisers nationwide to deliver exceptional results, deepen donor relationships, and create a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Cultivate and steward philanthropic partnerships — Represent TFA's work internally and externally to strengthen relationships with major donors, foundation leaders, and corporate partners.
• Optimize revenue operations and infrastructure — Oversee the systems, processes, data infrastructure, and incentive structures needed to scale revenue, drive accountability across the team, and ensure sustainable growth.
• Serve as a strategic partner and organizational leader — Shape organization-wide strategy, budget, and key decisions; model TFA's values and commitment to equity and belonging.

Senior Vice President, Revenue & Development

• Set the vision and strategy for the corps’ flagship onboarding and training experience
• Ensure Pre-Service prepares corps members with the pedagogical and leadership skills needed for immediate classroom impact
• Continuously innovate on design and delivery to reflect evolving student, school, and corps member needs
• Oversee the design and execution of direct-to-corps programming at key moments
• Lead, coach, and develop a diverse and talented team

Vice President, Corps Program – Leadership Experiences

Operations

• Serve as operations and logistics support for a portfolio of regions
• Manage CM retention procedures, ensuring all exits and leaves are documented and processed on time
• Support preparation of operations and logistics for the summer teaching practicum
• Plan, communicate, track, and manage AmeriCorps action items for members
• Build knowledge and investment in AmeriCorps with other TFA staff
