About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Cultivate, steward, and manage a portfolio of donors
- Collaborate with Executive Directors, regional staff, and other front-line fundraisers
- Manage and write 75+ proposals, reports, letters of intent, and other grant-related deliverables
- Liaise and coordinate with national central teams and regional teams as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 4 years of related experience in development and grant writing
- Proven track record of successfully navigating complex philanthropic landscapes to reach revenue goals
- Strong ability to monitor fundraising progress against portfolio goals to ensure portfolio is on track to meet goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience with managing and writing complex public grants
