About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Cultivate, steward, and manage a portfolio of donors
Collaborate with Executive Directors, regional staff, and other front-line fundraisers
Manage and write 75+ proposals, reports, letters of intent, and other grant-related deliverables
Liaise and coordinate with national central teams and regional teams as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 4 years of related experience in development and grant writing
Proven track record of successfully navigating complex philanthropic landscapes to reach revenue goals
Strong ability to monitor fundraising progress against portfolio goals to ensure portfolio is on track to meet goals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Prior experience with managing and writing complex public grants
