Key responsibilities & impact

Set vision, strategy, and plan for cultivating a portfolio of donors
Manage, cultivate, steward, and solicit a portfolio of donors
Work in close partnership with the local Executive Director to build relationships necessary to advance fundraising efforts
Maintain donor, prospect, and fundraising activity information in our CRM system

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 7+ years of related experience in development and fundraising context
Track record of meeting and exceeding ambitious goals as a donor portfolio manager
Highly skilled relationship builder, particularly with external prospects and donors
Specialize in best practices of development and fundraising
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Prior experience in stewarding a diverse portfolio of donors/funders from various funding streams
