Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, Human Resources, or related functions
- Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and administering compensation and benefits programs
- Strong knowledge of total rewards strategy and core practices
- Strong analytical and business acumen
- Strong project management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
