About the role

  • Manage client accounts and develop relationships with customers
  • Manage key accounts in France, focusing on Agricultural and Construction equipment manufacturers (including Claas)
  • Drive account development and identify new business opportunities to support profitable growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the customer organization
  • Collaborate with TE Engineering and Product Management to deliver tailored solutions
  • Lead technical discussions and deliver training sessions to customers
  • Generate and manage sales and engineering projects (TERP) to increase TE content per vehicle
  • Serve as main point of contact for commercial and technical matters
  • Work remotely from home while providing on-site support to customers across France; travel occasionally to Germany
  • Provide regular updates to Senior Sales Manager and Senior Management Team
  • Prepare financial justifications, presentations, quotations, and lead pricing negotiations
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive activity and define product/coverage requirements to strengthen market position

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or strong technical background
  • Previous exposure to Commercial and Industrial vehicle industry (advantage)
  • Educational background in technical and commercial disciplines (college/university level)
  • Specialization in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (plus)
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to a dynamic, field-based role
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to thrive in a demanding environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Results-oriented with focus on targets and performance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
  • Valid driving license
  • Fluency in French and English required; German is a plus
