About the role
- Provides support to various corporate and business line applications
- Applies knowledge of the business line and knowledge of the system technology to business problem solving
- Leads staff, assigns, prioritizes, and monitors work
- Maintains confidentiality of work being performed
- Develops and maintains relationships with business partners
- Participates as subject matter experts on strategic initiatives involving system support
- Works with users and business partners to determine information and reporting needs
- Develops and sets up customized reports using reporting tools
- Analyzes company data to identify and recommend initiatives
- Researches, analyzes and evaluates business system application features
- Identifies ways to customize and enhance current business applications
- Leads, assists, develops and executes test plans for system changes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience
- 7+ years related experience
- Excellent communications, problem-solving and decision making skills
- Demonstrates leadership, coaching, counseling and supervisory skills
- Excellent organization, planning and coordination skills
- In-depth knowledge of systems testing procedures and practices
- Experience with Jira
- Experience with Agile principles
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with ABCS
