About the role
- Own assigned complaints and marketing material review
- Run stakeholder meetings and research each complaint
- Identify potential concerns and escalate as necessary
- Recommend a resolution for compliance findings
- Oversee action plan development and remediation processes
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience
- Knowledge and experience within bank compliance or bank audit
- Knowledge of current and emerging trends, including regulatory expectations
- Ability to independently identify, assess, and escalate issues requiring senior management attention
- Experience presenting to management and regulators
- FINRA series 7 and 24
- Life and Health Insurance License
