About the role
- Lead the development and implementation of enterprise Compliance programs
- Manage and support compliance governance and oversight
- Develop management routines and operating frameworks
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across Compliance Programs
- Collaborate with Compliance partners and other related groups
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of experience
- CRCM certification preferred
- Knowledge and experience with risk management standards and regulations
- Knowledge of compliance or audit, legal and regulatory environment
- Ability to research, interpret and summarize regulatory expectations, laws, and regulations
- Skill in using MS Office and Tableau
- Ability to identify, assess, and escalate issues requiring senior management attention
