Act as in-charge on complex audits for Change Delivery impacting multiple bank segments
Plan, lead and execute audits, including planning, risk assessment and testing of critical areas
Form conclusions, review audit documentation and communicate scope/findings to business lines and executives
Evaluate internal and external risks for assigned business lines/functions and perform issue validation and findings follow up
Oversee audit teams (small to medium) and provide coaching, feedback and performance assessments
Ensure audits are executed according to established standards, within prescribed time, budget and scope
Serve as primary contact with management regarding audit scope, findings and overall status
Collaborate with Audit team members across the Division and with Audit and Business Executives to provide recommendations and enhance operational performance
Use data analysis and reporting techniques and software tools to support audit work
Requirements
Undergraduate degree required
8+ years of relevant experience
Industry certifications preferred (CIA, PMP, CISA)
Banking or Financial industry experience preferred
Technology audit experience preferred
Experience working in technology/security operations
Experience planning and leading audits covering Project delivery, IT General Controls, IT Application Controls, Systems Development Lifecycle, IT governance processes, IT Risk Management assessment processes
Advanced knowledge of business processes and operations, risk, change and project methodologies, organizational practices and business transformation
Strong project management skills
Expertise in PC skills (MS Office Suite) and windows applications
Experience using software tools, data analysis and reporting techniques
Advanced functional audit knowledge and advanced analytical skills
Ability to manage, recruit, train, coach and conduct performance assessments for team members
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in both oral and written form
Risk-based decision making, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
