Designs and develops IT architecture strategy, standards and roadmap
Creates Enterprise architecture delivery (integrated process, applications, data and technology) in alignment with Enterprise architecture vision and direction
Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services
Define strategy, vision, roadmap, reference architecture and patterns for business/technical capabilities
Gain alignment on solutions and influence stakeholders using data points
Design scalable, decoupled systems with security in distributed environments
Lead design of data mesh, data products, event-driven and streaming architectures
Collaborate with domain teams (Policy, Claims, Underwriting) to build Data Products and automate processes using AI
Requirements
6 years relevant experience in Enterprise Architecture required
Bachelor's degree required
TOGAF Certified EA Architect preferred
Hands-on experience in building data assets on Snowflake, Databricks, etc.
Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure such as AWS (Athena, EMR, Glue), Azure (Azure Data Fabric) and GCP (BigQuery)
Proficiency in data streaming technologies (e.g., Apache Kafka / Flink or AWS Kinesis)
Proficiency in message brokers (e.g., IBM MQ, RabbitMQ, AWS SNS/SQS)
Knowledge of API design and management (e.g., REST, GraphQL)
Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK stack)
Skills in reactive systems and programming methods (e.g., Spring WebFlux, Akka)
