About the role
- Support all first line governance, risk management and reporting activities
- Prepare effective presentations and reporting to highlight progress
- Perform analysis and visualize important data elements and metrics
- Effectively communicate to senior stakeholders through the Bank
- Provide analytical and project management support to corporate and business line strategic initiatives
- Identify, develop, and maintain key linkages with business partners including retail product management, retail distribution, commercial banking, support services and North American business partners
- Help senior management by giving insightful and pro-active reporting and analysis
- Work with line of business team members and resources
- Resolve issues and problems by conferring with staff, management, other internal departments, and outside contacts
- Work cross-functionally to drive strategic initiatives and improve processes
- Add financial value by analyzing company data to identify and recommend initiatives that positively and materially impact financial results
- Coach other team members, as appropriate, within area of expertise
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or progressive work experience
- 3+ Years of related experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision making skills
- Exceptional active listening skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines while simultaneously working on multiple projects
- Experience preparing effective presentations and reporting
- Experience performing analysis and visualizing data elements and metrics
- Ability to communicate effectively to senior stakeholders
- Analytical and project management experience
