About the role
- Support the GM and Product Leaders in developing comprehensive go-to-market and market entry strategies across the software portfolio and all market segments.
- Develop comprehensive business cases for major strategic initiatives and capital investments, including market opportunity assessment, competitive analysis, financial modeling, and risk evaluation.
- Identify and evaluate corporate development, strategic partnership, and business development opportunities; partner with corporate development on deal evaluation and integration planning.
- Conduct ongoing competitive benchmarking and industry trend analysis to inform product roadmap and go-to-market decisions.
- Lead annual and quarterly strategic planning processes for the Governance business unit.
- Drive AI-first initiatives by identifying opportunities to integrate AI into product and GTM strategy.
- Contribute to P&L planning and forecasting, providing market-driven insights to support revenue targets and investment decisions.
- Partner cross-functionally on pricing strategy optimization, revenue model innovation, and present ROI analysis for strategic initiatives.
- Identify, develop and execute revenue growth strategies across the customer lifecycle from acquisition to expansion, including growth experiments and product adoption initiatives.
- Design and optimize customer journey experiences and develop scalable product adoption playbooks with Sales and Customer Success.
- Serve as a member of the Governance Leadership team; establish team goals, KPIs, and performance standards; develop team capabilities in competitive analysis, customer research, and growth marketing.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience developing and executing product strategies, including crafting go-to-market (GTM) strategies and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts in a clear and compelling way.
- Ability to excel in a dynamic environment and balance multiple priorities.
- Strong creative, problem solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work to drive results on-time, with high quality.
- Experience integrating AI tools into marketing workflows and strategic planning processes.
- Exceptional critical thinking, analytical, and quantitative skills.
- Proven experience leading and managing teams.
- Previous experience with target personas (general counsel, corporate secretary, legal ops, CFO and internal audit) and/or experience in the governance or entity management industries strongly preferred.
