Plan, manage, and lead the delivery of detailed system requirements and technical/functional specifications in alignment with standards and frameworks
Provide technical leadership and work in close partnership with business partners, technology, project teams and stakeholders to plan, elicit, analyze, document, communicate and manage detailed functional specifications
Define, document, and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications considering non-functional requirements
Support testing teams in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, user acceptance, and operational acceptance testing
Participate in scoping and estimating of project efforts, identify risks, recommend mitigation measures, communicate activity status, and escalate issues to Project Manager
Participate in quality management reviews of designs, prototypes, and other requirements work products
Collaborate with key stakeholders to determine solutions, assess impact to existing processes and systems, and manage integration
Provide operational/process related analysis and support as needed
Coach and mentor new or less experienced colleagues and act as a reference for the requirements management lifecycle
Support development of business cases, RFI/RFPs, and vendor/service level agreements consistent with technology requirements/guidelines
Requirements
Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate
7+ years relevant experience
Domain knowledge of Accounts, Deposits, Pricing & Liquidity
Technical and Functional spec
Agile/Scrum
API documentation
Cross-functional teams collaboration
Expert knowledge of system analysis processes and techniques
Expert knowledge of systems and applications supported by the team including system components, functionality, interfaces, data flows, and business rules
Expert knowledge of enterprise technology delivery practices and standards including design, development, testing and project management
Advanced to Expert understanding of business supported and broader organization
Experience working independently as a senior or lead system analyst and coaching/guiding less experienced colleagues
