About the role
- Serve as central point of contact for high‑net‑worth (HNW) clients with lower balances at TD Wealth
- Deepen and broaden existing client relationships and provide excellent service
- Proactively contact clients and deliver thought leadership across TD Wealth capabilities
- Introduce Private Client Relationship Manager when clients seek deeper or broader relationship
- Partner with Relationship Managers, Investment Advisors, Wealth Strategists and Wealth Lending Advisors
- Retain and grow assigned client relationships and exceed client service expectations
- Provide day-to-day account management solutions for smaller‑balance Private Client Services model clients
- Execute proactive outreach across all clients to enhance and expand relationships
- Leverage Specialists (Taxes, Trust and Estate) to interest clients in deepening relationships
- Implement processes with CSAs to ensure every client receives Legendary service
- Execute duties in a compliant manner and adhere to federal, state, SRO regulations and Firm policies (OCC, SEC, FINRA)
- Understand and adhere to TD Wealth AML/ATF Policies and Procedures and implement TD's Customer Identification Program (CIP)
- Collect and verify required customer identification information and perform Customer Due Diligence and Enhanced Due Diligence
- Contribute to a positive team environment and represent TD Wealth professionally to the public
- May provide leadership, training, and guidance to other team members
Requirements
- 4-year degree or the equivalent experience
- 3 years related experience in a production or client support capacity (i.e. track record of high client satisfaction and retention) required
- Securities Licensed: Series 7, 63 + 65 or 66
- Understanding of HNW client needs and products and services available to clients within the segment
- Consultative sales experience preferred
- Ability to establish relationships and partner effectively with other departments within TD Wealth and TD Bank
- Personalized customer service skills, including ability to work with wide variety of clients and provide an exceptional level of service
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Membership in civic and professional organizations required after employment
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
- Ability to work within a highly collaborative team environment
- Must be eligible for employment with a covered financial institution under Regulation Z of the Truth in Lending Act
- Must be eligible for registration as a registered mortgage loan originator with the NMLS
- Must be eligible for employment under standards established by FINRA
- Satisfactory results on a criminal background check, credit report check, civil litigation search, and regulatory agency or self-regulatory organization enforcement action search required
