About the role
- Partner with Wealth Management Advisors to deepen relationships and grow advisor practice through referrals
- Operationally lead Wealth Management advisory teams supporting high-net-worth clients under moderate supervision
- Manage responsibilities for a book of assigned clients
- Support implementation of financial plan recommendations and coordinate asset consolidation
- Communicate clearly and build long-lasting relationships while supporting advisors to implement TIAA advice and planning solutions
- Manage time and resources efficiently to deliver compounding value and help clients achieve financial goals
Requirements
- 2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred
- University (Degree) Preferred
- FINRA Registrations: Series 7; Series 63; Series 65; Series 66
- Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State) - Multiple Issuers required within 120 Days
- All licenses and registrations must be obtained within 120 days from start date
