About the role
- The Sr Business Mgmt Analyst provides specialized business management guidance and support for a functional area and implement policies/processes and/or initiatives to meet business management, strategy and governance objectives.
- May provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at the functional or enterprise level.
- Depth & Scope: Works independently as the senior analyst /subject matter expert and may coach and educate others
- Oversees and/or independently performs tasks from end to end
- Focus on short to medium-term issues (e.g. monthly-quarterly)
- Leads on the implementation of initiatives in support of the overall business/function strategy
- Additional responsibilities include customer accountabilities, shareholder accountabilities, employee/team accountabilities and adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree
- 5+ years relevant experience
- Understanding of Commercial Bank – underwriting and lending practices; familiarity with TD Bank tools, systems, policies, and procedures is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of nCino specifically is critical.
- WalkMe builder experience.
- Familiarity with basic HTML, CSS and/ or JavaScript
