About the role
- Provide support and delivery of requirements and work packages on low complexity projects/initiatives
- Support team with project/program delivery
- Lead Requirements Management/work packages for Tier 5 low to moderate risk and regulatory projects or initiatives
- Gain/acquire understanding of business and user interaction with technology throughout project delivery
- Identify and lead problem resolution
- Support communication and change management activities
- Lead diverse stakeholders and communicate effectively
- Analyze impacts to customers, stakeholders, employees, process, technology solutions
- Understand and clarify work packages inclusive of constraints (time, cost, people resources)
- Provide recommendations based on end to end customer experience
- Own project deliverables related to business requirements
- Assess and ensure customer and employee experience/stakeholder impacts are managed
- Engage stakeholders to identify and manage required outcomes
- Provide on-going communication to key stakeholders
- Respond to inquiries and escalate concerns
- Contribute to requirements elicitation, documentation, analysis, traceability and validation
- Collaborate with technology partners on system requirements, design, testing plans and deliverables
- Identify and manage requirements risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, constraints
- Support Quality Assurance activities and testing
- Adhere to Enterprise project governance and compliance standards
- Contribute to project planning and work breakdown (WBS)
- Own and complete work packages and operational readiness activities
- Support implementation/post implementation activities
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree
- 3+ years related experience
- Expertise in identity and access management (IAM) concepts and technologies preferred
- Proficiency in security best practices preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot access-related issues preferred
- Experience with technical adaptability and security profile preferred
