About the role
- Own end-to-end customer implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and exceed expectations
- Conduct kick-off calls, technical deep dives, weekly status meetings, training sessions, and post-implementation hyper-care
- Configure the Shipium platform for customer needs and oversee API integrations
- Advise customers on technical best practices and solve technical challenges
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, and Customer Success) to ensure seamless hand-off and issue resolution
- Define and document tailored implementation processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
- Mentor and support junior team members, sharing knowledge and participating in team development
- Demonstrate the product and build lasting customer relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience in SaaS, software delivery, or supply chain/logistics technology implementation
- Proven success in technical implementations and project management
- Experience with API integrations
- Familiarity with systems like Postman, WMS, OMS, TMS, or multi-carrier shipping platforms
- Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and project management systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to break down complex challenges into actionable steps
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional, tactful approach
- Strong teamwork and collaboration, with ability to balance individual and group responsibilities
- Adaptability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrated technical expertise with the ability to train others
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (Shipium participates in e-verify)
