Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate
- Graduate degree preferred
- 10+ years related experience
- Expert knowledge of business and bank technology standards
- Sound knowledge of external competition and emerging market trends
- Strong understanding of strategic direction and financials
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise software and managing teams in software development
- 7+ years of experience in Java, API, Kafka, and microservices
- 7+ years of experience in the credit card domain
- 7+ years of experience implementing automation strategies
