Provide FCRM research, evaluation, operational, reporting and/or analytical support in oversight, advisory services and control function to business (FCRM) partners
Co-ordinate requests to and from business (FCRM) partners
Assist in the preparation of summaries, communications, reports and presentations for management, regulators, and other internal and external stakeholders
Recommend responses to enterprise FCRM Program questions and escalate sensitive issues per procedures
Analyze data and draw conclusions to meet program health reporting requirements
Analyze emerging trends pertaining to regulatory changes and provide recommendations to address FCRM-related gaps and issues
Proactively identify matters requiring additional review or escalation and liaise with appropriate staff to resolve
Coordinate tracking and reporting of FCRM function initiatives and programs
Provide guidance, assistance and direction to other FCRM partners; support knowledge transfer and training within the team
Prioritize and manage workload to meet SLA requirements and protect organizational interests by identifying and escalating high-risk transactions
Adhere to internal policies/procedures and regulatory guidelines; maintain culture of risk management and control
Requirements
Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years experience (minimum) in relevant roles
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, Criminal Justice, or related field
Advanced certifications such as CAMS, or equivalent are strongly preferred
3+ years of experience in KYC, EDD, or AML within a financial institution
Demonstrated expertise in high-risk customer reviews and regulatory compliance
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in AML software and tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in assessing and managing risks
Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks and deliver results under tight deadlines
