About the role
- Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement
- Design and implement efficient processes/systems for receiving processes, inventory management, order fulfillment, order picking, and shipping operations
- Develop and propose process improvements, such as simplified workflows, automated solutions, and innovative approaches to improve efficiency and decrease expenses
- Monitor and report on the performance of implemented solutions, making adjustments as vital to achieve desired outcomes
- Design and optimize warehouse layout considering the flow of goods, space utilization, and safety regulations
Requirements
- 2-3 years of statistical data analysis in Supply Chain setting, or equivalent experience
- Solid understanding of lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage one’s own time in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional environment
- Proficient in the use of process mapping and analysis tools (e.g. MS Visio, Lucidchart)
- Experience with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Sheets, SQL, Tableau)
