• Du arbeitest eng mit internen Teams (Sales, Produktmanagement, Projektmanagement, IT, Entwicklung) sowie externen Partnern zusammen, um Lösungskonzepte auf Basis der Ausschreibungsanforderungen zu erarbeiten. Dabei stellst du den reibungslosen Informationsfluss sicher.
• Du verantwortest den gesamten Ausschreibungsprozess – vom ersten Screening der Verfahrensunterlagen bis zur finalen Angebotsabgabe.
• Du planst und führst Kick-off-Meetings sowie regemäßige Abstimmungs-Calls mit internen und externen Stakeholdern durch.
• Du erstellst und stellst alle relevanten Unterlagen, Begleitschreiben, Referenzdaten und Preisblätter zusammen. Außerdem bereitest du Inhalte redaktionell auf und strukturierst sie zu klaren, kundenspezifischen Konzepten.
• Du prüfst Ausschreibungsbedingungen (VgV, VOL), identifizierst Anforderungen und Risiken und leitest Maßnahmen ab.
• Du stellst sicher, dass alle Ausschreibungsunterlagen vollständig, termingerecht und in der geforderten Form eingereicht werden.

Senior Full Stack Developer – Backend Fokus

• You will work closely with internal teams (Sales, Product Management, Project Management, IT, Development) and external partners to develop solution concepts based on tender requirements.
• You are responsible for the entire tender process – from the initial screening of bidding documents to the final submission of the offer.
• You plan and lead kick-off meetings as well as regular coordination calls with internal and external stakeholders.
• You compile and provide all relevant documents, cover letters, reference data and pricing sheets.
• You review tender conditions (VgV, VOL), identify requirements and risks, and derive appropriate actions.
• You ensure that all tender documents are complete, submitted on time and in the required format.
