About the role
- Handling IT support tickets from internal and external systems
- Analyzing, resolving and documenting technical incidents
- Assisting users with hardware and software issues
- Assisting with the implementation of new IT systems and software solutions
- Escalating complex issues to specialist departments or project teams
- Creating guides for self-service troubleshooting
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT specialist in system integration/application development, IT systems clerk) or an equivalent qualification
- Basic knowledge of network technology, operating systems (Windows/Linux) and standard office applications
- Experience in IT support or helpdesk desirable
- Service-oriented attitude, strong communication skills and customer focus
- Analytical thinking, structured working style and problem-solving skills
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
