About the role
- Handle IT support tickets from internal and external systems
- Analyze, resolve, and document technical issues
- Assist users with hardware and software problems
- Participate in the implementation of new IT systems and software solutions
- Escalate complex issues to specialist departments or project teams
- Create guides for self-service troubleshooting
Requirements
- Completed training in an IT field (e.g., IT specialist for system integration/application development, IT systems salesperson) or equivalent qualification
- Basic knowledge of networking, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and standard office applications
- Experience in IT support or helpdesk desirable
- Service-oriented, strong communication skills, and customer-friendly
- Analytical thinking, structured working method, and problem-solving skills
- Good German and English language skills, spoken and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
