About the role

  • Design the lifecycle system: map moments that matter and make them measurable, equitable, and multilingual.
  • Use LLM co‑pilots, RL systems, and encode brand/privacy rules to automate efficiently and safely.
  • Co‑own activation, monetization, and retention KPIs with product; treat in‑app nudges and transactional UX comms as part of lifecycle.
  • Demonstrate causal impact through incrementality, LTV shifts, and seasonality control groups; share insights.
  • Coach CRM and Technical CRM Managers; set progression paths and nurture growth culture.
  • Mix of strategic leadership and hands‑on execution; set CRM & user engagement vision and align execution.
  • Lead cross‑channel strategies in Braze and maintain a single journey backlog spanning outbound and in‑product comms.
  • Partner with Martech on Segment/Snowflake pipelines, real‑time audiences, and identity resolution; ensure data quality.
  • Run a continuous test‑and‑learn squad with standards (holdouts by market/season; activation, retention, monetization).
  • Maintain deliverability, frequency, and fatigue policies; audit multilingual content for clarity and accessibility.
  • Design lifecycle governance: consent usage, sensitive‑attribute handling, model explainability, incident response, and vendor risk reviews.
  • Lead lifecycle budgeting/forecasting with transparent trade‑offs and publish roadmaps; coordinate proactively with mission leaders.

Requirements

  • Passion for marketing, analytics, and product management; CRM ambitions at the intersection of those 3 domains.
  • Experience leading CRM/lifecycle in a B2C scale‑up or consumer fintech; multi‑country experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong curiosity for redesigning work with AI; interest in efficiency improvements and new possibilities.
  • Depth with Braze journeys, experimentation, and messaging; working knowledge of SQL and event schemas; comfort partnering on data models.
  • Familiarity with agentic or RL personalization (Aampe or similar) and LLM‑assisted content; judgement about automation vs human.
  • Strength in stakeholder alignment and surfacing trade‑offs.
  • Clear, inclusive communication in English; German (or another EU language) a plus.
  • Thrives on feedback and a candid, open environment where results and accountability matter.
