Senior Director of Product, Consumer

• Own the platform product strategy. Set direction for all platform teams including but not limited to user management, payments, operational tooling, tax infrastructure, data extraction, and bookkeeping. Make trade-offs visible and hold the line on what gets built vs. what BUs own themselves.
• Run the inner source model efficiently. The model exists. Your job is to make it work at scale. Define how BUs contribute, when platform teams lead vs. enable, and how to keep velocity high without becoming a bottleneck or a free-for-all.
• Lead service ownership across the platform. Work with engineering to enforce service ownership standards so BU AI builder teams can move fast, without carrying maintenance work that should never have been theirs.
• Coordinate across business units. This is one of the most coordination-intensive roles in the organisation. Multiple BUs have simultaneous, sometimes competing demands on the same platform. You absorb that complexity, resolve conflicts, and keep the platform teams focused without creating queues.
• Allocate capacity to impact. Actively manage portfolio and team sizing across multiple group owners. Know when a team is over-invested relative to BU demand and when a platform gap is costing BUs real velocity. Make the reallocation calls.
• Build for AI-native infrastructure. Platform teams increasingly surface capabilities through MCP APIs and SDKs. You understand this architecture, have a clear POV on where it changes platform economics, and ensure the platform is set up to serve an AI-first product organisation.
• Be the BU's partner, not their gatekeeper. Build the trust model with BU product leaders so they come to platform early, contribute clearly, and don't route around you. Your success metric is BU autonomy, not platform output.
• Define and own platform ROI. If a platform capability isn't making BUs faster or the business more efficient, that's a prioritisation failure. Own the metrics that prove platform value and act on them when they don't.
• Lead your group owners. High-autonomy builders working across technical, infrastructure-adjacent domains. Set the bar, give them a vision sharp enough to act on, and create the conditions where ambitious work and fast execution coexist.

Director of Product Management, Platform

Data Analyst

• Own the company topline revenue model: design, maintain, and continuously improve it, with clear accountability for forecast accuracy.
• Lead the redesign of the revenue modeling landscape toward a scalable, and auditable structure with a single source of truth.
• Build subscription economics into planning: recurring revenue, subscriber growth, retention and churn cohorts.
• Own scenario and what-if modeling for budgeting, pre-budgeting, and long-range planning, translating business questions into quantified options.
• Drive alignment of key KPI definitions across Finance, Data, and Accounting, contributing to a single company-wide KPI glossary.
• Deliver revenue insights and analysis for Board materials and investor reporting.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Monetization on pricing decisions, growth cases, and ROI assessments.
• Set modeling standards within FP&A and provide technical mentorship to junior analysts.

Operations

• You will provide inbound customer support via email, phone and live chat.
• Deal with a wide range of issues: from making sure that every tax return is completed correctly, to helping us manage the relationship with our accountant partners.
• No two problems are the same. You’ll take full ownership of issues that you’ll be empowered to resolve.
• You’ll also get involved in projects to help us build a bigger, better business. And you’ll provide insights and feedback to improve our processes and product.
• You’ll help us analyse data in order to improve our product, service and offer.

• Resolve day-to-day IT support tickets independently, keeping response quality high and at least 90% of tickets within SLA.
• Own the full Berlin onboarding and offboarding journey, making sure every new joiner has hardware and account access ready on day one.
• Keep our hardware inventory accurate and up to date, and build simple processes that make asset tracking easier going forward.
• Grow our self-service knowledge base with clear, practical guides that help people solve common issues themselves.
• Plan ahead on IT procurement together with the wider IT team, so new hires and existing employees never wait on missing equipment.
• Keep the Berlin office in the loop with a regular update on IT changes, known issues, and best practices.
• Contribute to strategic Corporate IT initiatives, such as a device lifecycle policy, a VPN rollout, or software standardisation.
• Partner with People & IT to build a simple way to collect feedback on support and onboarding, piloting it within nine months and making it part of how we work by month twelve.

IT Support Engineer

Systems Engineer

• Maintain and operate enterprise cloud infrastructure that serves employees and internal systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and security at all times.
• Lead and evolve identity management across the enterprise — including platform management and Okta — developing concepts and processes to govern both human and agentic identities in a scalable, secure way.
• Support the integration of new tools and systems based on business requirements, owning the technical evaluation, onboarding, and configuration end to end.
• Ensure enterprise systems remain up to date, with security configurations, patches, and compliance standards consistently applied across the board.
• Maintain security backups and redundancies for enterprise infrastructure, proactively identifying and closing gaps before they become incidents.
• Manage and improve network, device management, and systems, keeping the environment stable, modern, and fit for a growing, hybrid workforce.
• Develop automations, AI-powered and agentic solutions, and scripts that reduce manual toil and improve the efficiency of infrastructure maintenance.
• Provide third-level support for cloud applications, acting as the deepest technical escalation point for complex issues and enablement of internal app deployment.
• Collaborate with SRE and platform engineering to assess risk, develop guardrails, and resolve incidents together with application owners.
• Collaborate with the Director of IT to continuously improve the enterprise architecture and infrastructure landscape, contributing strategic thinking alongside hands-on execution.
• Own performance tuning of application stacks, including communication and messaging between applications, load management, and components such as Apache and Ruby.
