About the role
- Drive discussions with cross geography counterparts and stakeholders
- Perform analysis, design, create BBP and functional specifications (FS)
- Coordinate with ABAP team for development and enhancements
- Test new functionality and enhancements; prepare test plans, test scripts and test case documents
- Work on interfaces and enhancements, including IDOC and webservices-based replication
- Implement and support SAP MDG for Customer, Supplier, Business Partner and Finance domains
- Extend standard data model, create custom entities/attributes, customize UI and implement validations
- Configure and manage workflows including rule-based, dynamic and parallel routing
- Perform root cause analysis and work with cross-module teams for issue resolution
- Manage multiple engagements, provide thought leadership and support team operations
Requirements
- Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
- Ability to drive discussions with cross geography counterparts
- MS Office (Word, Excel & Power point)
- Extensive experience in analysis, design, creating BBP, functional Specification (FS)
- Coordination with ABAP team
- Testing of new functionality or Enhancement; Prepare Test plans and Test scripts
- Knowledge on WRICEF objects and able to work on interfaces and Enhancements
- Knowledge or hands-on experience on SAP S/4 and Fiori Apps
- Ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of Implementation and Support experience across different industries
- At least 1 end to end implementation in SAP S/4HANA (Scope, Design, Build & Test phases)
- Strong Business process knowledge across SAP Core Functions - SD, MM, FI
- Perform Root Cause Analysis and work with Cross Module teams for resolution
- Managing multiple engagements and Team Operations
- Experience in MDG Customer, Supplier, Business Partner, Finance (General Ledger, Cost center, Profit Center, Internal Orders)
- SAP MDG Certification is preferred
- Experience in ABAP OOPS concepts, Floor Plan Manager (FPM) Framework, Web Dynpro, Data Model Enhancement, Custom Report
- Experience with Customer and Vendor Integration (CVI)
- Hands on experience on Data Import and Replication Framework via IDOC, webservices
- Extension of Standard Data Model with custom entity and attributes; Custom Data Model creation
- UI Customizing and UI Enhancement; Duplicate Check, Validation and Derivation in MDG
- Standard and Rule Based Workflow; Dynamic and parallel workflow routing
- Nice to have: Hands on working experience on ABAP; Latest SAP MDG 9.2 Certification preferred
- Qualifications: Graduate / Post-Graduate
