About the role
- Drive discussions with cross geography counterparts and excellent written and verbal communication
- Analyse and design processes; create BBP and functional specifications (FS)
- Coordinate with ABAP team and handle testing of new functionality and enhancements
- Prepare test plans and test scripts; maintain test case documents
- Configure Group Reporting: GR master data, data collection, rules (net income, reclassification, validation, currency translation), intercompany eliminations, consolidation of investments
- Perform Fiori reporting/Analysis for consolidated financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash flow)
- Implement SAP SAC Planning: advanced formulas, data actions, planning and analytical models
- Lead and mentor a team (5-10 FTE) and manage end-to-end delivery of small to mid-size projects
- Ensure governance, controls, master data management, data standardization, stewardship, and data quality management
Requirements
- Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
- Ability to drive discussions with cross geography counterparts
- Knowledge on any process modelling tool is preferred e.g., ARIS, Visio
- Extensive experience in analysis, design, creating BBP, functional Specification (FS)
- Coordination with ABAP team
- Testing of new functionality or Enhancement; Prepare Test plans and Test scripts
- Prior experience of team handling (5-10 FTE)
- End to end delivery management experience of small to mid-size projects
- Good mentoring and coaching skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Knowledge on WRICEF objects and able to work on interfaces and Enhancements
- Knowledge or hands-on experience on SAP S/4 and Fiori Apps
- Governance, controls, process and procedures, centers of competency, change management
- Conceptual data modeling, master data management, data standardization and stewardship
- Information integrity and compliance, and data quality management
- Ability to independently configure Group reporting system (GR Master data, Data Release, Data collection, Net Income rules, Reclassification rules, Validation rules, Currency translation rules, Intercompany Eliminations, Consolidation of Investments)
- Fiori reporting/Analysis for office reporting using Group Reporting to generate consolidated financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Statement of Cash flow)
- SAP SAC Planning; Creating complex Advanced formulas, Data Actions in SAC; Developing Planning and Analytical Models in SAC
- Practical Experience of IFRS and GAAP accounting standards and requirements
- Experience with SAP BW, Fiori, Analysis for Office, HANA Studio, BPC Planning / Consolidation
- Experience with US Eliminations and IC Eliminations (ICMR) for Legal Consolidation Process
- B4HANA Objects including Analytic Views, CDS Views, ADSOs, Composite Provider, Transformations, DTPs
- Qualifications: Graduate / Post-Graduate /CA/ICWA
- SAP GR Certification is preferred
