About the role
- Drive discussions with cross-geography counterparts and participate in business workshops
- Gather business requirements and propose TO BE processes according to best practices
- Perform analysis, design, create BBP and functional specifications (FS)
- Coordinate with ABAP team and cross-module teams; perform root cause analysis
- Prepare test plans, test scripts, and perform testing of new functionality or enhancements
- End-to-end delivery management of small to mid-size SAP projects (Scope, Design, Build & Test)
- Mentor and coach team members; manage multiple engagements and team operations
- Work on WRICEF objects, interfaces, and enhancements; develop test case documents and test plans
- Develop SAC Planning and Analytical models, Stories, and Input Templates; create complex formulas and Data Actions
- Integrate SAC with source systems like S/4 HANA and SAP BPC
- Maintain organizational and analytical responsibilities; thought leadership in SAP analytics
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of Implementation and Support experience across different industries and sectors
- At least 2 end to end implementations in SAP SAC (Scope, Design, Build & Test phases)
- Graduate / Post-Graduate
- Latest SAC - Certification is preferred
- Strong Business process knowledge across SAP Core Functions - SD, MM, FI
- SAP BPC Embedded and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Developer experience
- Back-end BW design knowledge: ADSO, InfoCubes, Composite Providers, Multi-Providers
- Experience in Live/Import Model scenarios with multiple source systems
- Hands-on experience creating complex advanced formulas and Data Actions in SAC
- Experience developing Planning and Analytical Models, SAC Stories and Input Templates
- Experience integrating SAC with S/4 HANA or SAP BPC
- Knowledge of WRICEF objects, interfaces, Enhancements, test case documents and test plans
- Experience in analysis, design, creating BBP, functional Specification (FS), coordination with ABAP team, testing
- Strong MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to drive discussions with cross-geography counterparts
- Ability to perform in dynamically changing environment; mentoring and coaching skills
- Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines
