About the role
- Drive discussions with cross-geography counterparts and coordinate with ABAP team
- Analyze, design, and create BBP and functional specifications; prepare test plans and test scripts; test new functionality and enhancements
- Independently configure Group Reporting system: GR master data, data release/collection, net income, reclassification, validation, currency translation, intercompany eliminations, consolidation of investments
- Use Fiori reporting/Analysis and Group Reporting to generate consolidated financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Statement of Cash Flow)
- Implement SAP SAC Planning: create advanced formulas, Data Actions, and develop Planning and Analytical Models
- Work on WRICEF objects, interfaces, and enhancements; produce test case documents and test plans
- Manage and mentor a team (5-10 FTE); end-to-end delivery management of small to mid-size projects
- Ensure governance, controls, master data management, data standardization, information integrity, compliance, and data quality management
Requirements
- Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
- Ability to drive discussions with cross geography counterparts
- Knowledge on any process modelling tool is preferred e.g., ARIS, Visio
- Extensive experience in analysis, design, creating BBP, functional Specification (FS)
- Co-ordination with ABAP team and testing of new functionality or Enhancement; Prepare Test plans and Test scripts
- Prior experience of team handling (5-10 FTE) and end to end delivery management of small to mid-size projects
- Good mentoring and coaching skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Knowledge on WRICEF objects and able to work on interfaces and Enhancements along with test case documents, test plan
- Knowledge or hands-on experience on SAP S/4 and Fiori Apps
- Governance, controls, process and procedures, centers of competency, change management, conceptual data modeling, master data management, data standardization and stewardship, information integrity and compliance, and data quality management
- Ability to independently configure Group reporting system (GR Master data, Data Release, Data collection, Net Income rules, Reclassification rules, Validation rules, Currency translation rules, Intercompany Eliminations and Consolidation of Investments)
- Fiori reporting/Analysis for office reporting using Group Reporting to generate consolidated financial statements Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss and Statement of Cash flow
- SAP SAC Planning; Creating complex Advanced formulas, Data Actions in SAC; Developing both Planning and Analytical Models in SAC
- Practical Experience of IFRS and GAAP accounting standards and requirements
- Experience with SAP BW, Fiori, Analysis for Office, HANA Studio, BPC Planning / Consolidation
- US Eliminations and IC Eliminations (ICMR) for Legal Consolidation Process
- B4HANA Objects including Analytic Views, CDS Views, ADSOs, Composite Provider, Transformations, DTPs
- Qualifications: Graduate / Post-Graduate /CA/ICWA; SAP GR Certification preferred
