About the role

  • Serve as the go-to expert for Wellness services and adjacent services, advising sales teams on industry trends, pain points, and competitive landscapes.
  • Maintain and continuously update a centralized knowledge hub with the latest Wellness trends, best practices, and competitive insights.
  • Represent TaskUs at industry events, webinars, and client meetings, delivering expert insights and showcasing value proposition.
  • Develop engaging, ready-to-use sales materials including websites, pitch decks, whitepapers, case studies, playbooks, and one-pagers.
  • Create industry-specific sales enablement kits for verticals like healthcare, social media, marketplaces, gaming, fintech, and e-commerce.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales to develop client-facing thought leadership content and translate complex Wellness concepts into clear messaging.
  • Support RFP/RFI responses with tailored Wellness strategies and join client calls, sales pitches, and RFP discussions as the in-house expert.
  • Foster collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Operations to streamline the sales cycle and accelerate deal conversions.
  • Actively support sales teams in chasing and closing T&S deals, monitor deal progress, follow up with stakeholders, and provide real-time support to overcome objections and close deals faster.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of professional experience in a sales, business development, or sales enablement role, preferably within the wellness, healthcare, or technology services industry.
  • 10+ years of strong subject matter expertise in wellness services and a deep understanding of industry trends, pain points, and competitive landscapes.
  • Experience with related fields like Trust & Safety, Healthcare, or adjacent services.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales enablement programs that directly led to increased sales revenue and higher close rates.
  • Passion about advocating for employee psychological health and wellbeing, with understanding of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics in Wellness solutions.
  • Flexibility with work hours to support client meetings or senior-level visits across geographical locations and time zones.
  • Strong project management skills to mobilize teams to meet critical milestones and deadlines.
  • Superior strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with a strong emphasis on listening skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Preferred: Education/background in psychology or related fields; experience in the healthcare industry; experience in a BPO setting.
