About the role

  • Build and strengthen relationships with Philippine universities, colleges, and student organizations to ensure a consistent flow of top talent.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, info sessions, student events, and other on-campus/virtual activities to showcase career opportunities.
  • Lead the hiring process for interns and entry-level roles — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with HR and Marketing teams to design campaigns and initiatives that position TaskUs as an employer of choice among fresh graduates.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of students and graduates to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Deliver a positive and engaging experience for candidates from first contact through hiring and onboarding.
  • Keep updated with recruitment trends in the Philippines, student needs, and competitor activities to adapt strategies effectively.
  • Track and report key metrics related to campus hiring, event performance, and conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or university relations (campus recruitment experience is a strong plus).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable speaking with students, faculty, and large audiences.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with university partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, with strong event coordination and project management skills.
  • Willingness to travel across the Philippines to attend university events and recruitment activities.
  • Passion for connecting with and developing young talent.
