About the role

  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing for open positions across various business areas.
  • Use creativity and persistence to source candidates in competitive talent pool to build a strong talent pipeline in different expertise.
  • Collaborate with key internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and VPs, to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the business, job responsibilities, and the required competencies, skills, and knowledge for successful applicants.
  • Master our internal applicant tracking system (Ashby) to maintain candidate data and post job openings.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience across various business needs.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proactive, quality-focused, and detail-oriented.
  • Experienced in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Adaptable to new tools and processes.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ashby experience is a plus.
