About the role
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified travel nurses for open assignments.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment process — from initial contact to offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Develop strong relationships with candidates to ensure positive experiences and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet staffing targets and client needs.

Requirements
- Proven experience recruiting travel nurses for healthcare staffing agencies (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding hiring goals.
- Strong understanding of healthcare staffing processes and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
