About the role
- Develop a deep understanding and command of TaskHuman products/Go To Market (GTM) positioning and resources
- Build impactful relationships with global channel sales partners and their teams
- Partner with sales leadership, existing account executives/customer growth lead and channel sales support team to improve the quality/frequency of channel leads and the deal advancement process
- Develop high quality sales demo ability within the first 45 days: able to do impactful lead and deal qualification and sales enablement across industry verticals and geographic territories
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing and product on sales trials, customer demos/meetings and other pipeline activities
- Attend and yield results from channel/customer meetings, industry events and conferences
- Achieve consistent results in key metrics: # of qualified leads (SQLs) from global channel partner activities; # and % of SQLs converting to qualified deals; % of closed deals; % to channel forecast; Increase in % of closed deals over time
Requirements
- Fluency in English; other languages desirable particularly Spanish and/or Arabic
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 7-10+ years of B2B sales experience preferably in the human capital, employee benefits, HR Tech/HR SaaS, or corporate wellness space with established business relationships with C-Suite leaders, HR executive sponsors, and related decision-makers
- Proven ability to develop revenue generating channel partner relationships
- Track record of extensive and sustained sales qualified lead (SQL) qualification that produces robust qualified deal pipelines
- Ability and desire to travel frequently (20-50% of the time) to meet and support US and global channel partners, attend customer meetings and industry events/conferences
- Entrepreneurial spirit and authentic love of human interactions
- Ability to self-direct your daily/weekly/monthly tasks and collaborate in an early-stage, startup environment
- Results-driven mentality with the ability to bounce back from disappointments and challenges
- Openness to give, receive and incorporate direct feedback and constructive criticism
