Sales

• Develop a deep understanding and command of TaskHuman products/Go To Market (GTM) positioning and resources
• Build impactful relationships with global channel sales partners and their teams
• Partner with sales leadership, existing account executives/customer growth lead and channel sales support team to improve the quality/frequency of channel leads and the deal advancement process
• Develop high quality sales demo ability within the first 45 days: able to do impactful lead and deal qualification and sales enablement across industry verticals and geographic territories
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing and product on sales trials, customer demos/meetings and other pipeline activities
• Attend and yield results from channel/customer meetings, industry events and conferences
• Achieve consistent results in key metrics: # of qualified leads (SQLs) from global channel partner activities; # and % of SQLs converting to qualified deals; % of closed deals; % to channel forecast; Increase in % of closed deals over time
