About the role

  • Support client engagements which includes program management, strategic planning, commercialization plans, P&L forecasting and client relationship building.
  • Strategically grows client business through identifying pain points and providing additional solutions.
  • Collaborate on operations including cross-functional team members.
  • Support prioritizing product enhancements in partnership with Account Team peers and our customer.
  • Monitors, manages and reports on program KPIs.
  • Supports QBRs and executive alignment meetings as needed.
