Strategically grows client business through identifying pain points and providing additional solutions.
Collaborate on operations including cross-functional team members.
Support prioritizing product enhancements in partnership with Account Team peers and our customer.
Monitors, manages and reports on program KPIs.
Supports QBRs and executive alignment meetings as needed.
