Define and execute the go-to-market and commercialization strategy for Agentic products and services
Build and manage strategic partnerships with various AI platforms to identify high-impact use cases for autonomous agents in payments and lead market entry strategies
Partner with internal teams including account management, product management and other enabling organizations to effectively show up as one team in front of the partners
Lead all aspects of partner proposals and deal execution (business case development, commercial terms structuring, negotiations, and legal contracting) in close collaboration with finance, legal, franchise, compliance, regulatory, product, engineering and regional teams
Lead pilot programs, co-creation initiatives, and early adopter engagements to validate and scale Agentic AI deployments
Represent the company as a thought leader in conferences and contribute to the broader conversation around autonomous agents and AI safety
Define KPIs for adoption, retention, and revenue; continuously optimize commercialization strategies based on data and feedback
Drive go-to-market commercialization of Agentic AI solutions and unlock revenue synergies across Core, Services, Commercial New Payment Flows, and regional teams
Requirements
Passionate about digital payments, Financial Institutions, fintech, and digital assets
Visionary thinking with the ability to imagine, articulate, and advocate for radically new possibilities
Early adopter mindset with hands-on experience exploring and applying emerging technologies—especially AI
Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from ideation to execution
Deep understanding of autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, and AI orchestration frameworks and/or working with/within payment networks, digital or AI players, digital asset custodians, or emerging tech commercialization companies
Proven success leading business development and driving complex, impactful strategic partnerships
Experience developing, launching, and executing industry-wide partnership strategies and innovative go-to-market models in developer-first environments
Ability to lead the business development process, negotiate externally and internally to gain alignment and drive deal commercialization
Technical expertise and/or acumen: led or sold technical products, can quickly understand technical concepts and documents, and/or have an engineering or computer science background
Seasoned leader with relevant experience leading complex, culturally diverse, global cross-functional teams
Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills, including C-level engagement
High agency, able to handle ambiguity and thrive with autonomy and responsibility
